Taicheng Machinery (Thailand) Co., Ltd., established in June 2025, is located in Chonburi Province, EEC Special Zone, Eastern Economic Corridor of Thailand. It is an enterprise integrating die design and manufacturing, aluminum-zinc alloy die casting, machining, and other processes. The total investment of the company is 40 million yuan, covering an area of 21000 square meters and a building area of 14000 square meters. Main production: precision mechanical parts such as auto and motorcycle accessories, lamp accessories, electric tool accessories, and electrical accessories, with an annual production of moulds. Over 150 sets, with a manufacturing capacity of over 2000 tons of aluminum zinc alloy products. The product mainly faces Thailand and China, a foreign-oriented area. The region is mainly European and American regions, and has cooperated with more than ten large enterprises at home and abroad for many years, with good mutual trust and mutual aid relations. The company's main processing equipment includes 6 sets of 88T~630T high-performance fully automatic and semi-automatic die casting machines, and more than 30 sets of post-processing mechanical equipment Sets of CNC machining centers and engraving machines, 2 sets of slow threading machines, and more than 20 sets of other types of machining equipment. The test center is equipped with three times. Metameter, tool microscope, positive projector, and other advanced detection instruments can basically meet the detection requirements of mould and product accuracy.  ISO9001 quality management system has been passed in management. Based on mould, we provide precision die casting and machining to meet customers' demands. We strive to be a trusted partner of our customers.  At present, the company focuses on the implementation of "6S" and the improvement of various systems, and carries out fine management around the management system, from quality to production period and design.
